Cycling routes of Forlì and Cesena
Forlì is an ideal town to be discovered by bicycle following the cycle lane running along the Montone river to the San Domenico Museums, up to the town centre with Piazza Saffi and Basilica of San Mercuriale. Another route through history allows you to discover the Rationalist architecture in Piazzale della Vittoria and along Corso della Repubblica or Viale della Libertà.
But other routes are also available: from Forlì to Castrocaro Terme and Terra del Sole to immerse yourself in history and spas or to Cesena with its Library that is a World Heritage Site, passing through the lively Forlimpopoli with its 14th century Fortress, to reach the beautiful Bertinoro, a perfectly preserved medieval village offering breathtaking views.
Along the coast, you reach Cesenatico with its wellequipped beach and the Canal Port designed by Leonardo da Vinci.
